Logos and Boxshots
Please agree to the following conditions before continuing.
The use of Hemera logos and trademarks requires acceptance of our terms and conditions of use. You
will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions when you begin downloading a Hemera logo,
box-shot or screen-shot from this Web site. Our logos and trademarks are available for use in
press releases and other marketing related materials. Please contact
legal@hemera.com for inquiries involving the use or distribution of any Hemera
logo or trademark.
Ensure that your usage of the Hemera logos and trademarks (the "Marks")
is in accordance with the Guidelines below. You are not permitted to obtain and use versions of our logos or
trademarks not offered on this Web page.
Guidelines

You may not display the Marks in a manner that suggests that your product or service is a Hemera product
or service, or that Hemera is affiliated with, endorses or sponsors you or any such products or services.

Hemera will provide you, through download, with the artwork for the Marks. This artwork may not be
altered in any way.

When displayed, the Marks must be substantially less prominent than your trademark, trade name, logo or
product name. The Marks may not be used as, or as part of, a company name.

When displayed, the Marks must stand alone. A minimum amount of empty space must be left between the Marks
and any other object such as type, photography, borders, edges, etc. The required border of empty space around
the Marks must be 1/2x wide where x is the height of the Mark.

You may not combine the Marks with any other feature including, but not limited to, other logos, words,
graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features or symbols. Further, you may not display your own logos
or marks or other text or graphics in the same or similar get-up, graphics, look, or trade-dress as the Marks.

The Marks must not be used in a manner that, in Hemera's judgment, may diminish or otherwise damage Hemera's
goodwill in the Marks, including but not limited to, uses which could be deemed to be obscene, pornographic, or
otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or which purpose or objective is to encourage unlawful activities.

You must place an asterisk (*) or similar notation mark beside the first use of a Mark and include the
following attribution statement on the materials in which the Marks are featured (e.g. * Trademark(s) of
Hemera Technologies Inc.).

Hemera Image Express, Hemera Image Express.com, AbleStock, BizArt, AbleStock.com, Photo-Objects,
The Big Box of Art and We Sell Images are trademarks or registered trademarks of Hemera Technologies Inc.
All other products, logos or company names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective
companies.
