Hemera Announces Marketing Agreement with AOL

Hull, Canada - July 20, 1999 -  Hemera® Technologies Inc., an award-winning developer and marketer of graphics software for the PC, today announced a marketing agreement with America Online™ Inc. (AOL), the world's number 1 provider of online services. Under the terms of the agreement Hemera Technologies will provide America Online (AOL) with Hemera Photo-Objects Sampler Image Collection and NetGraphics Studio2 SE, for distribution as part of AOL's Picture This! CD. The Picture This! CD will be available to AOL customers and upgrades to other Hemera products will be made available through AOL marketing efforts. Hemera Photo-Objects Sampler Image Collection and NetGraphics Studio2 SE both operate under Windows® 95, 98 and Windows NT® 4.0.
